Eastern Iowa Excavating & Concrete, LLC was established in 2004 outside of Cascade, Iowa, by its founders Chad and Robin Demmer. With a team of six employees, Chad focused on City Municipality work consisting of Sewer and Water along with Concrete Flat work. We now have expanded our line of work and have been able to specialize in Curb and Gutter, Full Width Paving, Trucking, and Hydro Seeding, also. As well as a growing team of seventy-five employees to take on any size project big or small.
We provide our services to a public and private market within a ninety mile radius of Cascade, Iowa. In 2011 we moved our shop’s location into the town of Cascade, Iowa, where we reside currently. Eastern Iowa Excavating & Concrete, LLC is a growing company that has values of safety, quality, and integrity.
Family owned and operated, we have been able to keep our family values throughout the years of operation. Our mission is to provide up to date training for our employees to implement a safe and efficient work environment. Our employees attend safety training each year to ensure our jobs are performed with correct safety procedures, as well as training in work performed. We aim for perfection with our customer’s satisfaction in mind.
We would like to thank our customers for providing us with the opportunity to be of service. In 2024 our staff grew to 80 employees. All of them are continually educated on the latest techniques and procedures of providing quality services. We are also always improving our equipment to be up to date with the latest technology. We strive to provide the best experience for our clients with the right people and the right equipment.
